Dear Forum,
Regarding back-up battery in Power box of ACT in my home.
I permitted ACT people to keep their power box in my home. the power box contains a back-up batter at least for 1 to 2 hours.
From February-2019 onwards that battery was not working properly. And now it stopped working.
I Complained them regarding this issue from February-2019 twice a month.
Automatically I am getting msgs from ACT that problem was resolved without their technicians attending to my home.
Even that customer care people also telling same thing that their people will come to your home to resolve the problem within 24 hours.
But they people are not coming and automatically Iam getting msgs that problem is resolved.
kindly please resolve this problem from ACT.
