Dear Sir,
22 days back I refilled gas .Again now ice is forming and ac is not cooling.Is this a joke going on that everytime i will refill gas for rs2,400.I have ac from LG also and it is running fine for 5 years.They always sent their own technicians and you guys sent 3rd party some Salman came and taken 2,400 for Gas refiling & service but I received sms of 400/- whats that???(complaint No was 19050623540) Now there is no response from Salman,service center and Voltas since last 2 days he is .These guys don’t know how to fix a thing.I will take this matter seriously .If you don’t fix this by your own technician (Voltas) without any payment then i am going to take action.
