Lack of service and cheating to the customer.

Since 4 days my dish tv connection is disabled I’ve raised a complaint in dish tv customer care, they are just goofing around telling dat it will b solved within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days still nothing is solved. It’s just a simple signal disconnected which they are so careless to solve. Plz take sever action against this dish n solve our problem.
