I got cheated by phone pe

I have paid online rs 3372/- via phone pe to buy keto tablets by seeing advertise on facebook.
My money got deducted at same moment on 23rd march.and they hav mentioned i will get my product within 2-3business days.
Today its 19th April still i haven’t got my order so i requested phone pe to refund my money back.as i dont hav merchants contact no.i am continuously chasing customer care since then but i am getting pathetic response from support team.so many times i escalated this but its all went in vein.
So i am requesting here to please look into this issue and help me to get my money Rs 3372 back
