the idea cellular has disconnected sevices to my prepaid mobile number 9014076685 all my outgoing and incoming calls are barred,i was having a balance of rs.47 in my main account,i had informed idea that it can deduct rs.24 from my main account balance for 28 validity my complaint SR Number:Q1-283618678658 ,buy the idea said that rs.24 will be automatically deducted anytime but it didnt happen,but suddenly the idea cellular has stopped all services to my number 9014076685,its mandatory for idea to deduct recharge amount from my main balance, ,the idea cellular disconnection action has caused me mental tension ,i kindly request the idea cellular pay me compensation of rs.10000 and activate all services to my prepaid number 9014076685,the idea customer care is forcing me to do a recharge of Rs.35 to continue my service when i already have Rs.47 in my main balance
