TDR Reason : Passenger Not Travelled due to ticket in RAC after chart preparation
Dear Sir I have filed TDR on date 1st Jan 2019 which was rejected with the reason. As per chart passenger has travelled.
I would like to clarify that we have not travelled on that ticket. On the same day i have booked a tocket for a Volvo Bus and travelled through that bus.I have the tikcet of the bus and evidences to prove that i have not travelled on the mention train that day. I am not sure how come AC TT mark us as travelled.I need justice as that AC TT marked present and probably give that seat to some other person and took some bribe. This needs to be investigate why AC TT mark us present with AC ticket when we were not there Also I want my money back sum of 4620Rs on which we didnot travelled.
I will be escalating the matter to railway Ministry,PMO office,Consumer court and other possible departments if my refund is not done at the earliest.
