I have a refrigerator that I bought in the year 2013-14. The fridge is not cooling any more. I called the customer service for registering a service request. They said the request has been raised and promised me to send an engineer and after 10 times of calling no body turned up.
When I called again today they say the request has not been raised and they will raise it again today
The representative from Samsung made a promise for which we took holiday from work and nobody turned up.
Such pathetic kind of serve they provide and the representative as well as engineer shouts back on customer
