Hi, I have booked a flat in shri group in 2016 Sky Garden and builder promised me that possession will be given with in 3 years(2019) and till now there is no news for possession. Builder is big fraud and the customer care at Shri office don’t care for their customers. Only they care is money.
Few days back a received a demand for 10 LAKHS . Demand claims that internal finishing has started but when I visited the site there was no work.
Builder is big fraud. Don’t fall for it . Save your hard earned money. There is no progress and project is in stand still stage.
