I don’t know if I’ll get a resolution or not, however, this is one final resort that I could think of.
The thing is, I had lost my well paying job due to some personal issues. For three months, I was jobless so I was working as an assistant of my friend. I had some loan I had taken from PaySense some time back however, due to unemployment, I had already missed three months repayment which used to get auto debited from my bank.
I moved to Delhi as I was offered job by a new start up in Noida, called talent scanner. The new boss was kind enough initially to provide me INR 25k, a month in advance salary so that I could fix a house for myself. It’s important to mention that with this money, I couldn’t pay my loan money still as I had to fix a house and save some for my commute and provisions for the month. I joined them in September, 2018. However, for the month of October, we didn’t get paid on time. The boss of the company did pay me 8000 divided in four different days so that I could commute, however, rest of the amount kept getting delayed, week after week. Finally, November started and there was no payment. When I started asking for the payment too often, the boss asked me to not come to the office unless he calls me. Turns out, he never bothered to call and when I thought to contact him myself, he was angry at me because I kept bothering him for the money.
I lost hope and I also got terrified to contact him any further. It’s important to mention, I never got any joining letter from them in the first two months so I didn’t have any proof of employment with them except for the photos and videos of me working in their studio.
I started to apply to various companies but for two months, I got nothing. I thought of doing some online job so I got a call from Y-DUS technologies who are based in Gujarat. I had to fill 1000 forms and they promised to pay INR 30 per form. When the work was done, I cross checked my forms and there were 4 or 5 forms that had error, however when the report was generate, there were more errors and they claimed, I didn’t qualify for payment as the cut off was 90% which was told to me before I agreed to join. I was new to this so I didn’t think of taking screenshots at that point when filling the forms. I trusted them. Before joining, they had also said, they will deduct INR 5000 from the first payout if I am successful however, if I fail, I will have to pay them INR 5000.
By now, my loan company had already started to threaten me for legal case and their advisors started to call and shout and abuse me. I thought if Y-DUS will pay me, at least I can start paying my loan back but all in vain.
There was another person from M.b India services who contacted me regarding similar work with 1500 forms. This time, I took the screenshots of most of the forms and they also had a cut off 1350, that is 90%. When the report was generated, they marked 200 forms incorrect but as per my screenshots, 69 were incorrectly marked.
I called the Helpline number 07359005659 and they said they can’t do anything, I have to send email to [email protected]. It’s also important to mention, it was only a night before that my report was generated and the next morning, I had got an email from [email protected] asking me to pay the money almost INR 50000 for defamation of company and over 13500 for doing fraud with the company, which made no sense to me. I asked the advisor on the Helpline and he asked me to contact the advocate for that. I asked for the advocate’s number and the advocate asked me to call on 7517072438. I have all the recordings of the communication that I had with every person that I am mentioning in the post, I believe. The advocate first tried ask me to make the payment. I explained, the report is incorrect and I have proof. To this, he asked me, did you get email from Ashok Desai, which again sounded strange as I got the number for Ashok Desai and he pretended to be him in the beginning then why he asked this question now. He said, he’ll talk to him and get back on the email. However, no reply came.
On the other hand, I had to attach 69 screenshots to send to the company’s Helpline email, only to get the mail, it’s system generated, which BTW can be easily proved that it is not because in one of the forms, they have marked one entry incorrect due to one initial alphabet but as per my screenshot, it was correct, which clearly means they are manipulating the data to do fraud and get money from people. I reported this to the lawyer and he has stopped replying.
I am now 9 months behind my loan repayment and I am getting threats from the loan company and now this mb India services for legal actions.
I do not have any family that can take care of me and I am not graduate. I am struggling to even feed myself and I am also two months late in paying my share of the shared apartment where I’m currently staying.
I am growing concerned because everything I try to get back on track and start paying my loan or get a job, I am constantly getting cheated and threatened for legal cases. I would not want to continue to live my life this way. I seriously need help because I am now suffering through severe depression and regular suicidal thoughts as I don’t see how I can cope up with all of this pressure.
If anyone can help me get justice from these fraud companies and help me get the compensation for everything that I have lost, I’ll be highly grateful. I can’t even afford to have a psychiatrist to help me with my depression and save me from falling deeper into this.
