Wrong tracking updating and did not delivering my product to me

Sir I order redmi y2 from amazon and it is shipped via bludart. today it was out for delivery but courier did not contact me nd intentionally updated wrong tracking so help me regarding the because it is second time I have faced the same issue in my previous order lg washing machine so I did not want to face the same so please deliver my mobile to my address because I bought it on offer price nd got 10%instant discount using hdfc debit card so I paid 7200rs for it nd now it is 8999rs price so deliver it to me because if is not delivered to then there will be loss of 1800 rs of mine so I can’t afford this loss. So I hope you will take required corrective action nd you will deliver my products on time. I called to amazon customer care but they are not serious about it so please help nd tane against him
