Bad staff – Need Refund

I enrolled with VLCC for body laser on 25th September 2018. But could not get my body laser due to the following reasons;
First Appointment: The doctor was busy so the staff suggested to take only face laser.
Second Appointment: Doctor unavailable so the staff asked a technician to do the laser. She started from face but the results were very poor. Clearly, the technician (Anjali) lacked experience so I had to ask the manager of the facility ( Ms Reema) to give me appointment only with the doctor. Thats when I found out that the Doctor has resigned also they themselves appointed the technician Anjali to do the laser on me without consulting me.
Third Appointment: Cancelled by me due to personal reasons
Fourth Appointment: The manager did not confirm the appointment. I called a day before to confirm but the staff told me that someone from the laser team will call me after confirming with the doctor but they did not call me. So, I was completely confused if I had the appointment or not.
I am generally not happy with the staff. I keep on calling the manager/staff but do not get any response from them.
So, I request for a refund. I paid INR 59000 on 25th September 2018.
