Fraudulent billing by Vodafone

Vodafone is charging me 245 every month since September for some VAS value added service which I never activated. When I asked them visiting the Vodafone store I was told that u may have clicked on pop-up window and it got activated.

My some question to them is how can they activate any service without customers knowledge. We extensively use internet and google Tomorrow Vodafone may say u clicked and guard google so it got activated.

I raised the issue with Vodafone appellate but as you know they are to hands in glove. Iam not given any satisfactory answers.

I want to lodge a official complaint against this fraudulent and substandard way of billing.
