I had purchased One Plus 6T_128GB/Midnight Black on dated 1th November 2018 from Amazon. After few days the fingerprint sensor stop working and i had given that phone to One plus Service center Kolkata dated 22nd November,2018
They took the said phone and assured the replacement would have been done within 10 – 11 working days. unfortunately it is already more than 20 days I have not receive the replacement as well as any proper information from one plus service center Kolkata. I have purchased that phone amount of 42k & used that phone only for 20 days. Since today nether I receive any replacement from the company nor any helpful cooperation from the service center.
