OLA is not responding properly on fare against longest route

I raised a compliant on 30 november due to ride distance is more than expencted distance. OLA is also agreed on that. The driver skipped two navigations, as per google maps. Actual distance will be 23 Km to 24.5 Km. I paid money for 26.1 Km.
I got a reply after my ticket raised as “we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process any refund “.

The representative “Mallappa L Jagadal” called me and agreed about driver skipped the navigation but he is telling like, he will not refund money.

Please take appropriate action about this type of cheating customers. I am paying more money because of the driver issues
