Cheated and haven’t refunded yet

I had booked a desert camp resort in Jaisalmer through Goibibo and my booking was confirmed. I had gone all the way from Mumbai to Jaisalmer with my family to stay in desert camp. We contacted the hotel on our way to resort and they said that our booking was cancelled without any prior notice. we then contacted Goibibo, who said that their executive will contact us. we were in the middle of the desert with kids for 4 hours but we didn’t receive any phone call. After 4 hours, we somehow could connect to the customer care, for which she said that she would provide us a hotel in Jaisalmer. the cost of the desert camp which we had booked was around 6500 rupees. And the customer care of goibibo was providing us a hotel, whose price was 300 rupees. so we asked her to provide either another resort or give us our money back. since there was so much discomfort and inconvenience that happened to us because of Goibibo, they promised us a double refund. we have submitted all the documents which are needed for refund process, but its been 18 days and i haven’t received any refund yet. This is not only about the money, its about the trust of people in you. It is not expected from such a reputed company like you. please refund us ASAP.
