Wrong information provided by idea customer care Executive and not giving me a actual benefit

I called in customer care of idea to ask ISD call rates for USA as per their employee Anita I have to do recharge of 27 so charge will 2p/ sec but when I called in USA they charged me 8Rs per min so I complaint for that in idea customer care as per their employee I am not eligible for this recharge even I got a message from idea co that ur recharge is successful of Rs 27 so why I am not eligible for this and why the company charged extra money for this
