Respected sir, I have charged my Dish tv on 3rd November 2018 for rs 897 at 19.31 pm through my IDBI bank Debit card. for my old card 01513640262. Then I forwarded a request to dish tv that I have recharged wrong VC number kindly transfer the same AMOUNT to my new VC number. I launched compliment through 440898099 and 441340109 .Till the I talked with jounier and seniors several Times with details about payment AND requested for VC number transfer. But till DATE there’s no response from DISH TV yet neither amount is transfer or refund . Now my sincere request is that 1 During MAIN Hindu festival Diwali I was unable to enjoy TV. 2. The card no 01513640262 is not working that I have informed them on 3rd November 2018 at 9.00 pm by email with all payment details and request to transfer this amount to my new VC number. 3. Talked with their jounier and seniors for request to transfer the amount, not less than 8 to 10 times but compliment is not resolved . Now my sincere request to give justice.
