Greivance Details-Consumer ordered a Handset Moto E4 Plus from Amazon on 18/9/2018 and paid Rs7299/- through Debit Card .After delivery he noticed that the handset is defective .Then he contact with the company ,they suggest him return the handset .They also assured him they will refund the amount within 1 week after return the handset .He returned the handset on 1/10/2018 .But till now company did not refund the amount .So he wants to sent his grievance against the company .He wants the refund as soon as possible .
