Delivered defective product and after that creating issue to return the same.

I have ordered multiple.products through Amazon India app against order I’d # 407-7770002-6573921 dated. 13/10/2018. But, whenever I have raised cpmpalints for same they have creating the issue and refused to take return the same even sent email multiple times of damaged products. Please help to sent him notice on same.
