Worst accommodation provided by jayaraj residency booked through go ibibo agency’s

On 15oct 2018 i have been booked a hotel room at kodaikanal by using go ibibo agency at ooty .On 16 oct 2018 at 7 p.m iam coming to kodaikanal to occupy my room which is booked on 15.10.18 .The hotel authorities issues a room no 305 which is not good and without having minimum facilities.me and my family suffered a lot due to irresponsible booking by the go ibibo agency’s
