Cancelled my product saying i will be able to order new with all the offers included

I ordered one plus 6 from amazon, it was lost in transit. They told me that they will be cancelling the product and i will be able to order the same product at the same price i bought it before.
I have the recording of all the conversation with amazon service.
Now they are cheating me .
They are saying that i wouldn’t be able to order the product at same price. They are ignoring me . They say they will call me back but i don’t get any calls from them.
Please help me with this.
