activate my old sim connection

my gsm no is- 9029420402, please active this no
When i port my reliance smart Gsm number to TATA docomo Sim card is disconnected . when i go through Tata Docomo Dewas Center they told me please submit your Document Again so i submitted document but my sim card did not activated . i submitted 5 to 6 time my Doucument to TATA Docomo Dewas center but my Sim could not start .

when i contact Tata Docomo Customer care they told me you didn’t submit your Document so your number is permanently disconnected and it will be launched in market as new Tata Docomo Number any where in india so you didn’t take this number.

so please help me because number is most important and please take some action against this complaint .
