Flipkart and PHONEPE fraudulent activity

I placed an order online,they deducted the amount of Rs 594/- from my phone pe wallet and Bank account but didn’t confirm the order and now it’s been a month and they are not refunding my amount back and giving excuses . They are fooling many people by doing such frauds and looting people.
