I booked a ticket on Jayam travels non-ac sleeper from Chenani to Eral on sept 12,2018.I boarded thr bus with a huge luggage at Perungalatur at around 8.40.That Bus guy strongly refused to open the bus dicky for me.Instead he sent me inside with the luggage.The space was not enough for my luggage So all i could do was keep my luggage on my berth.It was really so uncomfortable.Please do take actions on him.He was too lazy to open the dicky.And this was not for the first time in my life.This happened to me two times all with the same Jayam travels.Bus no:PY01CN664.Bus contact number:9841800078.How could these guys be paid for their job.Please do take actions.A huge Thumbs down for jayam travels👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
