As discussed on call with Mr. Mubasheer (MIVI Executive), When i shipped the product for repair under warranty. (Via Overnite Express Courier – PFA the receipt and Delivery tracking detail) After a long mail trail conversation as you can see, i wrote an escalation mail yesterday and Mr. Mubasheer told me next morning that the product was physically damaged so he is returning the product. they received the product 5 days before and after an escalation, they are saying it was physically damaged I had taken an effort and also given cost the ship the product by myself. hoping i’ll get it repaired as soon as possible (Instead of arranging the pickup).
I know physically damaged product are not considered under warranty. Product was completely broken and it’s done at MIVI end just to take out personal grudge of escalating the way of working. Money doesn’t matter but this kind of business and behaviour seems pretty unusual and unethical.
I am frustrated and demand for the proof that it was broken when the package was opened.. I personally request Customer Grievance Support Team to please intervene. Thanking you!!
