I am Lumi here… I am working at hotel,its very difficult to do job and study so I choose Nibms Borivili they took 3 years to finish the graduation which needed, i hv given all my payment whatever required now they are not giving my certificate.. When i called up they say it, s cuming it,s been 4 months and mobile no.also they blocked it plzz help
