Poor broadband service and support

I am using ACT broadband service for the past few years, but in the recent 3 months their service is getting worse. One day in every week for the past three months my internet goes down. After this I have to spend money by calling and reporting this issue to their customer support. ACT support person takes 24 hours to resolve the issue. Since this is happening every week, I have been requesting for a permanent fix and till this moment they have not provided a solution for me.
Because of this frequent issues, I had to commute 18kms to my office during late hours to complete my office work. Till date I have never kept a due in paying my bill, but in return the service what I am getting is going worse day by day.
Because of such poor service and very frequent issues, mentally I have been troubled and at times I had to go to office during late hours.
