Fraud

Respected Sir/Madam,
On 30/07/2018 I order the mobile intex indie 5 on Flipkart and also I finish to pay through debit card but my order deliver to me on 7/08/18 around 7:30pm but when I open the package inside the package no mobile phone, only full of papers.
So at this time take the action for this kind of fraud because this is the second time is happen to me 1st time on Amazon and this time at Flipkart
