Item says delivered but i did not receive it

I ordered a package from amazon and on the date of delivery no package came..after two days a message saying package delivered on my email but i received no package from amazon..a to z guarantee claim was filed it took two week for them to deny my claim and i had to re appeal…and when i contacted to fedex delivery company presenting my tracking id they inform me that my parcel was in the name of some other person and address…after mailing ‘n’ number of times saying tracking id is wrong amazon says they will not help me and nor refund because their investigation team says that it was delivered to the address i gave…i want my refund and amazon is not helping me…please help
