balance transfer on EMI not credited my hdfc credit card account

1) I have applied balance transfer on EMI from sbi to my hdfc credit card no 5241810403519556
2)Sbi issued cheque no 374336 dt 24.05.2018 in favour of my hdfc credit card no 5241810403519556 the same is deposited by them.
3)above mentioned cheque 3 times returned and HDFC forwarded this cheque to my office address.
4)as per sbi communication i returned this cheque to sbi official address through courier and same is delivered.
5)Now sbi is claiming said cheque is cleared and same way i contacted HDFC but they are saying mentioned cheque is returned.
6)Almost 60 days are over still this cheque amount not credited my account and both sbi and HDFC credit card teams are not responded properly.
7)when returned cheque physically handovered them but still SBI is claiming that cheque is cleared. i dont know which account its credited.
