All, This is with reference to one of the worst experience with LG Split ac installation that caused below mentioned
1. Wrong Installation caused Wooden falling on window to be burst.
2. Absence of U angle while installation caused water to drain in to the room which in turn impacted walls to be wet as soaking could not take place (water ceiling caused due to no drainage of water).
3. Company claims State of the art work with Customer Delight which was absent since day one when installation was done on 2nd June 2018.
4. Charged multiple times & had to follow up multiple times to escalate the call to make the Incident High Priority.
5. Seniors did not understand the crux of matter & how sensitive was it & literally had to escalate via Toll Free Support.
Would not suggest LG Product to anyone considering above mentioned points.
