I want to migration 3 numbers from (postpaid to prepaid). I visited Idea store couple of time, but they did not my request. When I asked reason then understand that bills were not generated, which is not the valid reason.
Now communicating with Idea Appellate (Maharashtra). Appellate has understand the mistake of store executives and customer care executives, but still not helping with migration.
