I stayed at Mumbai from13 to 15 July 2018 and my BOOKING ID : VSGP1853, I booked a hotel room from OYO but my stay was worst ever, I didn’t get the room 10% even as shown to me in pics in OYO app, even room was not clean, even there are too many insects on the Bed, AC not working, in morning there is not water in bathroom, Bathroom was type of 90’s type like chain flush system. I also tried to complaint to OYO captain but he didn’t help me not even pickup my call and customer care also could not help in this trouble at that point of time. when I claimed for refund they offfering me bribe discount for next booking which is UNETHICAL way to settle. I will SUE them in court also for the legal proceeding under Misstatement and Misreporting Rules.
