I, Miss Devika C Jani and my office colleagues , working under department of Government of Gujarat. We have had booked travel package named “Marvel of Andaman” for 5/n – 6/d from date 15.05.2018 to 20.05.2018. Being Government employee, we would like to avail LTC benefits from our organization, for which we required certificate from travel agent.
At the time of booking, we have had given assurance from one of the customer care executive of S.O.T.C. travel agency named Ms/Mrs. Geeta that, LTC certificate will be provided to us after completion of 20 days of your tour.
After 30 days, we have had approach to call center of SOTC travel agency and inquired about LTC certificate, one of customer care executive named Ms/Mrs. Sanam told us that, LTC certificate will be provided after 45 days.
We insist her to have discussion with any of senior executive or Ms/Mrs. Geeta as she had told us that certificate will be provided after 20 days but customer care executive have neither discussed with senior nor take any action to provide certificate.
Few days back, we have had talk with Mr. Abdul, he had given assurance that, next morning you will be provided certificate. But till day we haven’t receive any certificate.
Every time customer care executive of SOTC agency told us that we will arrange call back to you but not a single call back has been arranged from their side till today to solve the complaint.
IT IS A MATTER OF SHAME AND REGRET THAT, being such a reputed travel brand, no-one is taking pain to satisfy query of customer. After passing of 2 months, no response is received from their side, Such a SHAMEFUL.
If they will not provide the LTC certificate in time (time in which we have to claim to our organization to get LTC benefits), we will be having handsome amount of financial loss and LTC benefits.
Hence, please help us to solve the mentioned issue at earliest and take actions to such fraudulent agency so that in future also they would not do such fraud and false commitments to other consumers.
