Defective shoes

I had bought Skechers shoes on 17th may from Lifestyle showroom , Inorbit mall , Malad West , within 15 days seen some defect on shoes so I contacted company by email and sent photos of shoes but company reply me it is wear and tear issue not quality issue but it is quality problem and not wear and tear issue I need new pair of shoes now they are not replying also
