not refund my amount

Dear Sir,

We bring to your kind notice that on dt. 13.06.18 amount of Rs. 42000/-
has been deduct in my SBI saving bank account without our knowledge.

We request you to check the wrongly entry and refund my amount as
early as possible.

transaction date 13.06.18

we request you to refund my amount and take action against culprit
person who is deduct my amount.
