I was requested to disconnected broadband connection in Dec 2016 but company had not disconnected and continued 02 months till Feb 2017. my usage was zero because I left premise, where had installed in Dec. In month of Dec time Tikona field Engineer had visited and collected modem from me . Several times, I had informed Tikona customer care agent but never gave us solution. I got a call today from a person known as Harpreet Singh Singh( 7290010813 and 8377903741) stating he is a lawyer from Delhi Tis hazari Court calling on behalf of Tikona, he is threatening me. I tried to explain him case but he threatening me and gives mental harassment.
