Deducted 1800 as bounce charge illegally.

I have purchased a samsung phone through bajaj emi. 2 days back, inspite of having sufficient balance on my account they didn’t redacted the emi amount. Now bajaj automatically charged 1800/- as emi bounce charge!!!
Ibhave tried so many time to reach to the Customer care but can’t be connected.
