To activate new sim on same number

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have misplaced my mobile phone so blocked my sim.when I found my mobile I got a new sim on 18 June 2018.But after many calls to customer it is still not activated.I am too busy that I can not call customer call daily.
Please help me to activate my sim .My mobile number is 7727909985.
it would be a great help if you resolve my problem.
