I got a call from 9990997014 , stating that she is calling from Delhi consumer court and there is a case failed against you from some bank hence you would require to pay some penalty. I asked her what’s the matter she told I don’t have much information I will give our advocate contact number you can speak with him and componsate with the penalty money … I did not speak further just disconnected the call.

I have also received this call. They are using consumer court name here. I had used the hathway connection. Later, I had discontinued. They called me number of times for offer. I had informed them to take back the router and I am not interested in their service. But no one from their side turned up.
Now, I got call from this number as they are calling from consumer court. Is this not a kind of threatening. If they had some issue they would have informed me through call/email. They themself did not turned up when I informed them to take back the modem. Now, for what they are filing a case.
I am not living in that address. If they want the router they can take it back from there.
