Exide battery not working and service not provided by shopkeeper and Co.

Dear sir,

I am Rakesh kumar from lloyd electric and engineering Ltd.

I have purchases one battery from sunshine battery address Ratu road Ranchi in 2015 after 10 days battery not working properly so I have return the same in shop ( sun shine baatery) for replacement and taken service battery. After making many visit and call they not response or return our battery now proprietor of sunshine baatery says your battery rejected for replacement…

Kindly help to issue new battery.
