I have requested for fixed broadband Line connection from airtel with txn id 61367012 Mob. 8059430463 for which i have paid advance of Rs. 5430 as on 13 june 2018.
Airtel is not responding on my request. Airtel executive through which i have done my documentation process is also not responding to my calls.
I have also lodged a complaint in airtel as on 16 june for the connnection reference id OT061600372 , but they didnot solve my issue. I demanded a refund after that and that request is also open upto now.
I am highly dissatisfied with the airtel services.
Please look into the matter for the refund of the amount from the airtel.
