No Refund against cancellation of Bus ticket by Operator

I was booked two sleeper seat (L-13 & L-14) from Kousambi (Delhi) to Lucknow in Red Bus (Singh Bus Operator). My Journey date was 6.06.2018 at 11.00 pm. On 6. 06.2018 around evening 5.00 bus operator of Singh Bus service (Mob. 7834905000) was called me and said booked bus will not come due to an accident hence you have to go to Lucknow by another bus in sitting. Hence i said to him if you can’t provided sleeper then cancel my ticket. Then operator said refund will deposit in your account in next few days.
Now, Today is 25.06.2018 but i have not received any payment in my bank account. I was also complaint on red bus customer care and then they provide me complain ID no. 4400353 on dt. 17.06.2018. But i did not received any payment in my account.
