Poor service

Hi,
I am getting the most pathetic service from Airtel. It is been a long time that, my call doesn’t get connect to a right person at the first place. There is too much of channel mismatching, so call doesn’t get connect to the number I am dialling.

2nd issue. When I am calling a person, there is a problem in signalling channel, so I can’t hear a ring on my phone and the person at the other end picks up the call but I can’t listen to anything. This issue is so frequent with me.

I would still request to check your voice and signalling channels at my end. I am not at all satisfied with the service.
