This is in reference to my pending warranty . I purchased a window act of Voltas last month around 12-13 May and on 16 I send message regarding my pending warranty but I didn’t get any call from voltas. More than 25 times I called to the customer care regarding my issue but every time they commit that I’ll get call within 24 hours but didn’t get. What is happening there in Voltas I can’t understand. I think i took a wrong decision in selecting the product. With this experience neither I’ll choose voltas in future nor I’ll suggest to anyone. This is very embarrassing experience of mine with voltas. This is now more than enough, you please provide my pending warranty otherwise I have to take legal action on that.
