Two LIC policies no. (1) no. 232723307 & (2) 232730959 are running under LIC,Moti Nagar,New Delhi (BO-129). The premium installments of the month of December 2011 has been deducted twice i.e. one from my monthly payment & secondly through premium .All three proofs were attached. As such it was requested to LIC to refund of the same but the action taken in this regard is still awaited.
