Failure in the delivery of goods, faked commitments & forcefully cancellation of order

I had purchased a phone on Flipkart under exchange scheme vide order no OD212507018334037000 dated 05/06/2018 but now company has forcefully cancelled the order & returned the money without giving any satisfactory reason & they had also refused to accept the exchange which they had committed during the booking of order & now they are asking to offer the brand new phone in exchange as they are also not considering any minor scratches, which is very minutely visible & phone is also working perfectly. Hence I request you to kindly intervene & arrange to provide me the phone as per bookings & oblige.
