Dear Sir,
I have done a transaction on 5th June 2018 for the amount of 11,000 but the amount was deducted and ATM haven’t dispensed the cash. My money was deducted and I have complained on ICICI bank customer care on the same day which complaint number was sr548092929. They have closed the complaint status without any solution or information. Again I have called the customer care on 6th June 2018 with the executive name Preetam and the complaint number was sr548326004. They again closed the complaint number without any solution and information to me. Again I have made a call on 7th June & 8th June 2018 to customer care and talked with the executive named Shiv, he told me that my money will be credited by the eod of the day with the reference number sr548596678. I am calling them again and again and every time they provide me the new complaint number and not providing any solution to it.
I have again called the ICICI customer care today 11th June 2018 and talked with Ms Jotshna and she had given me the same complaint number sr548596678 and told me that today I will get a call from customer care. But I don’t have any hope as since last 6 days I am getting the same responses from each of customer care executive.
So I would like to file a complaint on this matter.
Please look into it and provide me the solution for it.
I will be very thankful.
