Uber is charging unfair

My mobile no 7518739151 is linked with uber.
Whenever I am booking a cab through uber it shows a price but when I end my trip it shows overcharged price. I raised ticket around 5 times but they never reply to my ticket and close it from there end.
They are telling I took a different navigation but it is a pool ride all the time and I have no control over navigation. Please help
