I Have Power cut In My Apartment tried to call the electricity distributor to fix It

Total I called 1912 APDCL toll-free No To Get My Electricity back as the power Was Not In My Apartmeni called them at 7.30pm 5/5/18
After waiting 7hours… The line man said he will not come to my place completely ridiculous
Just taking his salary and not doing the job
My complaint no With APDCL Is 18974
Just can’t tell what I want to do with this people if I get a hold of them
